Resources and information services from NSBA include the Center for Public Education, the NSBA Library, magazines and publications, surveys on school governance topics, and the Extended Day Learning Opportunities Initiative. The Center provides up-to-date research, data and analysis on current education issues and explores ways to improve student achievement and engage public support for public schools.

    Are you a school board member who has a question about science, mathematics, and technology education? This new site is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge science-related resources to you, the local school board member, as you assist your students and community in mastering the necessary knowledge and skills for success in the 21st Century. AAAS and NSBA jointly developed this project and launched the online tools in 2008.
